My Review on SPA Eco City Bangalore

This is my first review for a real estate project. I had recently booked a plot at Spa Eco City. I am very pleased with the site visit arranged by the sales representative. Although at the start I was very apprehensive about the distance of the main Bangalore city from the current location of Spa Eco City, after brief discussion with the sales representative, I went ahead and booked the plot nonetheless. Spa Eco City consists of 300 villas plots. Each plot comes with 2 & 3 bhk units and the size ranges from 1500 Sqft to 5400 Sqft. As an industrial town, Spa Eco city is spread over 40 acres of vast and spacious land. Don’t worry about the space and congestion here like in the urban Bangalore. Spa Eco City is DTCP approved plotted development project. The amenities are also very good here. It is very children and old-people friendly. Spa Eco City has wide varieties of children friendly amenities such as swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Indoor Badminton Court, Landscaped outdoor Banquet Lawn, Rain shower, Dry Skating Rink, Rock Climbing and many others. In the vicinity, there are many civic amenities such as reputed educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, ATM’s and retail stores. As a futuristic community, Spa Eco City has been designed to cover maximum connectivity. It is very conveniently located near prime centres such as upcoming Infosys campus, Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, only 30 minutes from upcoming Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road and 20 minutes’ drive from renowned hospitals like Narayana Hrudralaya, Columbia Asia & Sparsh.  Sarjapur is getting its IT SEZ very soon as Infosys has already acquired 202 acres of land. It is very conveniently located near prime centres such as upcoming Infosys campus, Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, only 30 minutes from upcoming Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road and 20 minutes’ drive from renowned hospitals like Narayana Hrudralaya, Columbia Asia & Sparsh. Sarjapur road is one of the prime real estate centres since there are many IT/ITES companies located here. In the years to come, the value of the property is soon going to appreciate since there are many projects happening in the off Sarjapura road this area is rapidly developing.

Spa Eco City is a project from a reputed builder Spa Group. The real estate ventures of Spa Group is based on a nature-loving community. Spa Group is working on developing unique life-changing concept based communities. The main highlights of Spa Eco-City are that it includes swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Indoor Badminton Court, Nightclub, Alfresco Dining, Landscaped outdoor Banquet Lawn, Rainshower, Dry Skating Rink, Rock Climbing, 100 Villa suites, etc and many others. Though it is located away from the urban Bangalore, it is still very connected. In the vicinity of Spa Eco City, there are reputed educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, ATM’s and retail stores. Sarjapura area is developing rapidly with many infrastructure projects happening by the private as well as the Government sector.  Spa Eco City also is connected to Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli and Koramangala. There are many on-going projects happening in Sarjapura road and accessibility to residential areas and IT hubs are growing to make it very convenient for people working in IT sectors to commute. Reviews on SPA Eco-City Off Sarjapur Bangalore

I must say Spa Eco City is one of the best plots the sales representatives have shown me. I usually don’t write reviews but I am writing Spa Eco City review because I have recently booked a plot here and I will soon shift here soon. So, Spa Eco City is one of the premium plots in the Off Sarjapura road in Bangalore-Tamil Nadu border. Since Spa Eco City occupies a vast acre of land i.e. roughly around 40 acres, it is located outskirt of the city. However, it has been designed to cater to the future demands of space. Right now I stay in the central part of Bangalore and it can get very crowded here at times. Spa Eco City is very conveniently located off Sarjapura road. The area around Sarjapura road is one of the fastest developing towns with good connectivity to IT parks like Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli and Koramangala. Spa Eco City has easy access to all vital institutions including the Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, upcoming Infosys campus, and is 20 mins away from the Wipro Corporate Office on Sarjapur Road. Spa Eco City also has excellent amenities. Spa Eco City has 50+ world-class impressive amenities. Spa Eco City also has 7 themed Parks built around urban lifestyle and 10 life-changing conveniences. As a nature lover and looking for a getaway to serene location, I liked how Spa Eco City has environment-friendly design and lots of greenery in and around the area. Spa Eco City has very well Spa Eco-City. Consider Spa Eco City as a one-time investment opportunity because there are very limited plots here. If you invest now, Spa Eco City as a real estate venture can bring huge profits in the future depending on the location and price. In the near future, the value of the plots at Spa Eco City is bound to appreciate. The Tamil Nadu government has announced many important projects in the Sarjapura area and in many developmental projects have started already. In the years to come, the value of the property is bound to appreciate very much given the state-of-the-art infrastructure, project amenities, and connectivity.
